1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to Video Velocity websites, software, credits and related services operated by Ray Lane. By purchasing, accessing or using Video Velocity, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. License and permitted use
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Video Velocity for your own business or client work. You may not resell access, share accounts, reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, interfere with security or use the service unlawfully.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform and return that content as part of providing Video Velocity. You represent that you have all permissions required for submitted videos, audio, images, personal information, trademarks and other materials.
5. Credits and service levels
Some features use Video Velocity credits. The number of credits used may depend on the feature or processing requested. One-time and recurring credit offers are governed by the terms shown at checkout. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Purchases and recurring plans
JVZoo serves as the retailer for products offered through this funnel. Prices, billing frequency and included features are shown before purchase. If you select a recurring credit plan, JVZoo will charge the payment method on file at the disclosed interval until the subscription is cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse previously completed charges.
7. AI-generated and marketing output
Video Velocity assists with transcripts, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, social posts and other materials. Automated output may contain errors or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication and for complying with advertising, intellectual-property, privacy and platform rules. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, income or any particular business result.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
9. Intellectual property
Video Velocity, its software, branding, design, documentation and original website content are owned by Ray Lane or the applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Video Velocity is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ray Lane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, unlawful use, account sharing, abuse, nonpayment or material violation of these terms. Provisions that logically continue after termination—including ownership, disclaimers and limitations—will survive.
